Product Delivery Time Usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding peak season).
Returns/Exchanges Please contact us within 7 days after product arrival. We accept returns/exchanges only for unused and unopened items. Returns of custom-made products and sale items are not accepted.
Handling of Defective Products If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will exchange or refund it.
Restriction on Sales Quantity Quantity restrictions may apply to some products.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Ordered Products

  • In principle, cancellations after an order is confirmed cannot be accepted.
  • However, if the item has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to accommodate the request upon contacting the Company.
  • If you wish to cancel, please contact us promptly via email or phone.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrival.
  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted only for unused and unopened products.
  • For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In case of a defective product or incorrect delivery, the Company will bear the shipping costs.

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot be Accepted

  • Products that have been used even once.
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made or semi-custom-made products.
  • Sale or specially priced products.

Refunds

After confirming the returned product's arrival, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the specified account or payment method.

Cancellation of Kimono Rental, Photo Experience, etc.

For reservation-based services provided by the Company, such as "Kimono Rental," "Photo Shooting," and "Experience Lessons," the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellation within 7 days before the reservation date: 50% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation one day before or on the day of the reservation date: 100% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • In the case of no-show or unnotified non-attendance, a 100% cancellation fee will also be charged.

If it is difficult to visit due to severe weather or public transportation delays, we will be as flexible as possible. Please contact us in advance.

Special Notes

  • The Company is not responsible if the service provision becomes difficult due to natural disasters, transportation accidents, or the cancellation of organized events.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be promptly announced on this website.
