3. In principle, cancellation or return of OEM, custom-made, or special-order products is not permitted.

1. Reservations for kimono rental, kimono photo experiences, and cultural events are accepted through the method prescribed by the Company.
2. Changes or cancellations after a reservation is confirmed shall comply with the Company's separate Cancellation Policy.
3. The Company shall not be held responsible if the provision of services becomes difficult due to weather, disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 6 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

1. The copyrights and intellectual property rights for all content published on the Service, including text, images, videos, designs, logos, and product designs, belong to the Company or to the rightful owners.
2. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, modification, or commercial use without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall handle users' personal information appropriately based on the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

Shipping and Service Area

Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Products

Ineligible Items	Custom-made items and sale items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Product Order Cancellation

• In principle, we do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
• However, if the item has not yet been shipped, cancellation may be possible after contacting us.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe	Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Acceptance Condition	Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused and unopened products.
Shipping Costs	Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of a defective product or incorrect delivery: Shipping costs are borne by the company.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange	Products that have been used, even once. Products soiled or damaged by the customer. Custom-made or semi-custom-made products. Sale items or special priced items.
Refund	After confirmation of the receipt of the returned product, the refund will be processed to your account or via the specified payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation of Reservation Services (Kimono Rental, Photo Shoot, etc.)

The following cancellation terms apply to reservation-based services offered by our company, such as "Kimono Rental," "Photo Sessions," and "Trial Classes."

• Cancellation within 7 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation the day before or the day of the reservation: 100% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will also be charged in case of unannounced absence or non-participation without prior notice.
• Extreme Weather/Transportation: If you cannot attend due to extreme weather conditions or transportation delays, we will exercise the greatest possible flexibility. Please always contact us beforehand.
